Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Fitnest: At Home Workouts mobile application (the “Service”) operated by WRM Danışmanlık Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Service Description

Fitnest: At Home Workouts is a fitness application designed to support users in staying active, exercising efficiently at home, and maintaining healthy workout habits. The Service may include features such as guided workout videos, personalized exercise plans, progress tracking, reminders, activity summaries, and general fitness recommendations.

The Service is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require creating an account using a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the App on your iOS or Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content provided through the Service—including workout instructions, exercise demonstrations, and fitness suggestions—is for informational and motivational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.
